Tony Teriitehau

Tony Teriitehau is the Vice President of Construction for Brymax Mechanical, a division of Brymax Construction Services, Inc. Tony is LEED Accredited with over 20 years’ experience in the construction industry over a wide range of market sectors to include, aviation, healthcare, commercial, education, and federal government.

Tony has a proven track record of successfully leading large complex public works construction projects with a broad history of hands-on leadership, having managed over $500 million in construction projects. He has used his knowledge and experience in all facets of project and construction management to ensure that all projects large or small met or exceeded client expectations upon completion. Mr. Teriitehau is able to bring his positive attitude to project teams and his ability to work with all personalities and calm demeanor and approach has proven to be successful on all projects. Mr. Teriitehau was a key member of the JPL Flight Projects Center project team to win the Marvin M. Black Excellence in Partnering award and was also one of five team members to be awarded the Partnering Excellence Award as voted by the project team. He was also responsible for monitoring the LEED process during construction and the JPL Flight Projects Center was awarded a LEED Gold Certification – NASA’s first LEED Gold building.

  1. Delta Air Lines, LAX Terminal 2 & 3 Redevelopment Program, Los Angeles, CA – $30 million
    Design assist support for the relocation of 22 airlines, 19 new IT rooms, built out and TI of new office space, new first class lounge across 5 terminals
  2. Century City Hospital, Los Angeles, CA – $20 million
    Design assist support on the renovation of the mechanical and plumbing systems of a 369,190 SF, 9 story with 4 subgrade levels, 138 patient bed rehabilitation hospital
  3. Weapons Surveillance and Test Laboratory, Naval Weapons Station, Seal Beach, CA – $3 million
    Design-build services for the mechanical and plumbing systems for a new research laboratory
  4. Flight Projects Center, Jet Propulsion Laboratory (JPL), Pasadena, CA – $63 million
    New construction of a 190,000 SF, seven-story office building, LEED Gold Certification (NASA’s first LEED Gold Certification.

Tony received a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from the Virginia Military Institute.
